Shipping policies:
Motorcars of Distinction Inc. Shipper of choice on goods is UPS. UPS ground service is standard service. All states in the continental United States can be reached usually within 5 business days. All orders shipped over $100 in value will have a nominal fee charged for insurance. Orders exceeding $500 of in stock merchandise will receive free UPS ground service. Orders which consist of oversized or specialty items may have a seperate shipping cost applied.
Return Policy:
All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. All returns must have copy of invoice and in original packaging, prepaid and insured through carrier of choice. All defective models may be return for replacement of identical merchandise only. All other returns processed with a credit card refund, will be subject to a 15% return fee. We will waive all restocking fees on returns processed for merchandise credit only, which can be used towards any order placed with Motorcars of Distinction, Inc. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please refuse any physically damaged boxes from UPS and notify us immediately for replacement.
