Credit card or other fraudulent acts:
Persons who commit fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the
fullest extent of the law. Web browsers transmit a unique address that
can be used by law enforcement officials to identify fraudulent
activity. Both the FBI and the US Secret Service are responsible for
investigating Internet fraud cases. For your protection, credit card
orders may be screened.
Order Cancellation
MOD Boutique reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is
advertised in error, is unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to
specifications, or was shipped in error. Once an order has been
placed, it cannot be cancelled unless the shipment is unavoidably
delayed. In this case, MOD will do its best to cancel the order if
requested.
System Availability
MOD Boutique makes every effort to maintain 100% system availability,
except during scheduled maintenance periods. Should we experience
technical difficulties, MOD Boutique is not responsible for
orders that are not processed.
Payment:
Payment will be accepted via the following ways: Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, Discover Card. Paypal, checks and money orders are
accepted, however they must clear before orders are shipped. A $20
dollar charge will be accessed for any returned checks. No cash will
be accepted.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax will be charged depending on the shipping addressed as
required by law.
Sales Policy

satisfaction guarantee. Refused shipments will be charged a 15%
restocking fee plus all applicable shipping fees.
